Founded in 2000, the Holistic Education Center (HEC) of Fu Jen Catholic University is responsible for planning and implementing a wide-ranging curriculum that is designed to provide students with a holistic college education. Its predecessor was a section under the Office of Academic Affairs. The HEC is headed by a director and a five-member team of administrative staff. All undergraduates must complete 32 credits of holistic education courses in order to graduate.
